Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a full charge for the lesson, as we are unable to fill the time slot on short notice. Frequent or repeated cancellations may result in loss of preferred scheduling or discontinuation of service.
Reschedules
We understand that things come up, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice, pending instructor availability. For same-day adjustments, we ask that you reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. All reschedule requests must be confirmed directly with your instructor via text or e-mail.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for missed or canceled lessons. However, in the event a lesson is canceled by the instructor (due to weather, pool issues, or personal emergency), a makeup lesson will be offered or a credit will be applied to your account.
